Missions Tea Party - 23 June 2012
The Missions Tea Party is taking place in the church gardens on Saturday, 23 June 2012 from 3-5pm. Please come and support this event to raise funds for our mission partners. It’s arranged as a traditional English afternoon tea with cucumber sandwiches, scones, cakes and lots of cups of tea. Also with free children’s activities.
Please help us to publicise the Tea Party with any friends, colleagues or neighbours. If you need to, download a copy of the 
Tea Party Flier and pass it on to anyone else you know who might be interested, or pin it up on any suitable notice boards.

Donate some of your time
You do not need any special skills, just some time and enthusiasm and a desire to help keep and maintain our facilities in good order and appearance. And any volunteer to help with preparing light refreshments on the day would also be welcome. Please let Steve know if you are able to help, even if only for a couple of hours.
Shared lunch - 6 May 2012
There will be a shared lunch served after the service next Sunday 6th May. Please bring quiche, cheese, cold cooked meats, salad, curry or dessert. Rice & bread will be provided.

Songs of Praise - 29 April 5pm
We will be holding a special Songs of Praise Service on Sunday, 29th April at 5 pm. (There will be no morning service on that day as Rotterdamer Straße is closed off for the Düsseldorf Marathon.) The hymns and readings for the Songs of Praise Service will be chosen by members of the congregation, and you are invited to send your request to music[at]christchurchanglican.de or write it on a piece of paper and leave it in the music leader’s pigeon hole in the church entrance. Annual General Meeting - 22 April 2012
Don’t forget our AGM – APRIL 22nd at 12noon following a short service!
All members of the congregation are invited to attend. Those entered on the electoral roll are entitled to vote at the meeting. The meeting takes about 1 hour. Reports will be received, the electoral roll recorded and the Church wardens and Chaplaincy council elected for 2012/13.

- 4. Presentation and discussion of annual report
- 5. Accounts for 2011 and budget 2012
- 6. Approval of trustees’ actions in past year
- 7. Election of representative to Deanery Synod

- 9. Election of chaplaincy council
Anyone seeking election should complete a nomination form and hand this to one of the trustees, Steve Proctor or John Evans asap. Please address any questions regarding enrolment as a member, nomination or election to the council, or about the AGM to either membership[at]christchurchanglican.de or to one of the church wardens or trustees.
